Technical maintenance of the construction of the structure - the construction work of the builder (the customer) was organized (from the beginning of the construction of the building to the completion of the construction), the purpose of which is to control the construction of a building in accordance with a construction project, a construction contract (when the construction is carried out by contract), laws, other legal acts, as well as normative technical documents for construction, normative requirements for the safety and purpose documents of the structure.
